How to Book an Appointment

By Telephone
Both in-person and telephone consultations can be arranged over the telephone. Once your appointment is scheduled, return to this site to submit payment in advance of your consultation.

By Email Booking Form
1. Complete and submit the booking form below.
2. Within 24 hours, you will receive either a Booking Reply Email or a telephone call to finalize the date, time and cost of your consultation(s).
3. To confirm your appointment(s), simply submit payment.

Fees

Add $10 (postage and packing) for tape recording of telephone session.

If you are outside the USA, you may obtain currency conversion rates from www.xe.com.

The fee includes 10 minutes preliminary discussion, plus 1 hour consultation in-person or telephone.

Rates for additional time can be negotiated.

Discounts are available for block bookings of 2 to 4 sessions. You can enquire by email, by telephone or by using the booking form on this page.

How To Pay

Cash Payments: For in-person consultations only, by arrangement.

By Cheque or Money Order: Make cheques or money orders out to “Angel La Liberté”. Mail cheques/money orders one week in advance of scheduled consultations.

By Credit Card: For telephone or in-person consultations you can pay in advance by credit card. Click here to make a credit card payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: For cancellations 3 days or more prior to your appointment.

50% Refund: For cancellations 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

No Refund: For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you need to re-schedule, please notify us via email or telephone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
